The Snow covered hills in the backdrop give the impression that it was more heroic than it was. In reality, Saturday morning of March 22nd in Lander had calm skies and the sun allowed a dozen CES employees and clients to enjoy this year's Jackalope Jump fundraiser in Lander without the risk of hypothermia.

Organized to support the Special Olympics, the Jackalope Jump is a favorite annual event for the staff, families and clients of Community Entry Services each year. Dozens of other community members joined in the fun.

Cannonballs were the most common technique but one brave soul did a full on belly flop! All for a great cause and it raised a general cheer and laughter from the gathered clients and families.
Getting clients and families together for fun and excitement helps them feel part of the wider community. Groups representing various local businesses, clubs, and organizations as well as some local VIPs helped make this annual event a joyful celebration of solidarity and friendship.
Since 1975, Community Entry Services has been giving our clients regularly scheduled opportunities to get out into the community to make friends, meet old friends, and have fun and excitement. The support of our neighbors, friends, and donors makes this possible. https://www.ces-usa.org/adult-day-services
